Refund policy
Under normal circumstances we do not give refunds.
-It is your responsibility to read item description and ask any questions related to item before purchase.
-In event that an item is damaged in transit we will work with you to resolve with the postal carrier.
-No change of mind refunds.
-No cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Buyer needs to make contact within the first 24hrs of receiving item if there is an issue) Buyer must return item within a week excluding non business days of receiving) Previously Played With takes no responsibility in lost or missing parcels once collected by the carrier. Warrenties
We offer a 30 day Warranty on electrical items only.
Warrenty will be voided if Electronics have been tampered with.
Items must be returned to Qualify for refund at buyers expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
