Shipping Policy


Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Our courier collections take place every Tuesday and Friday.

To be included in the next courier collection, orders must be placed before 5:00pm the day prior.

Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the next scheduled courier day.

Large/multi-item orders may require additional shipping

Please note that during busy periods, promotions, or large drop days, processing times may occasionally extend slightly.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

For customers outside these regions, we may offer worldwide shipping on orders over $300, however this is by quote only.

If you are located outside New Zealand or Australia and wish to place a qualifying order, please contact us prior to purchasing to arrange a shipping quote.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
Due to the varied size, weight and packaging requirements of vintage items, shipping prices may vary depending on the contents of the order.

Australia – Large Order Shipping Adjustment
For large international orders to Australia, additional shipping charges may apply if the automated shipping calculator underestimates parcel size or weight.

International shipping tiers are estimates based on typical parcel sizes. If an order exceeds the expected parcel size or requires multiple cartons, additional shipping charges may apply.


Open Bag Orders

We offer an Open Bag shipping option for customers who wish to combine multiple orders into one shipment.

When selecting Open Bag at checkout:
Your order will be held and not shipped immediately
Additional purchases can be added to the same bag
When you are ready for dispatch, you must purchase “Close Open Bag” on the website
Once the Open Bag is closed, all items will be packed and dispatched on the next available courier day.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and scanned by the courier, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We will always assist customers where possible by providing tracking information and helping initiate courier investigations if required.

 

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.


If an incorrect address results in a parcel being returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
